Protection of workers from exposure to electromegnetic fields

Regarding workers health and safety requirements, in Italy is applicable the law “Testo Unico per la Salute e Sicurezza dei lavoratori” that prescribe minimus health and safety requirements for all workers. The law, indicate various types of obligation that employers must comply.The part of the law regarding risk arising from electromagnetic fields contains the same safety requirements of the European Directive 2004/40/EC. Exposure limits are the same indicated by the International Commision ICNIRP 7/99.
